As an aside, can I check what language format your system is set to? You can find this at Windows - Control Panel - Region and Languages - Formats

 Is it anything other than English(US) or English(United Kingdom). Your issue was superficially related to a similar one that we're investigating and this data may be useful going forward.

EA_David the game is broken again same exact issue, after big update again. Starting to become really disappointing. I will wait a few days to see if It gets fixed. Otherwise I will be done with the game and Origin. This is my first experience using Origin and has certainly not been pleasant. Also my format is set to English.
