Been having the same problem for a couple days now, Go to play NHL and it takes me to a update screen where it attempts to start the update and fails saying that there is a problem with the update. I have tried everything to get working still wouldnt work. Called microsoft technical support, was on the phone for a hour troubleshooting why it wouldnt work. They seem to think it might be a problem with the update itself in certain regions
