Whenever I am in a competitive seasons game and I am winning. People will take a penatly, pull their goalie, and keep doing it till the next face off then the game will lag out and stop working. The game won't go down as a win or loss and you don't gain any rank. The people at EA help said they couldn't do anything about it. This is ridiculous. I have won 5 games and haven't gained any rank and now the round is over and I'm still at the same rank and actually lost rank because of other people gaining rank. I lost out on rewards because people did this and those people got the rewards for cheating. Why should I go and buy NHL 18 or keep playing NHL 17.
