Hello,
I already spend forever just getting Origin to load. So when I finally got it, I realized the game I wanted to play(The Sims 4) had an update. So I updated it, it got to 90% and then it paused. I tried it over and over again but every time it said "download failed" then it left my whole origin screen grey. Can someone tell me how I can fix this? I want to play The Sims 4 again.

Hi @bunnyy540
Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
Restart your machine .
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
NOTE if your issue persist ,go to the Origin client, click on Origin / Application Settings / Diagnostics- and from there enable Safe Mode Downloading. Now restart Origin and try to download.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
