Stuck on Hero Quest

My Grass Knuckles Hero Quest is stuck on step 6.
I already won several times at the turn 6 and the I never won the prize.

Me too.  Exact same hero and quest.  Just refuses to finish.  Running v1.10.14 on android

Same hero, same quest.  I've managed to win as early as turn 4 on multiple occasions.  Very frustrating.

Yup, my Grass Knuckles mission 6, "Win a game by the end of turn 6" won't register no matter how many times or how many ways I've completed it. I am running the most recent update, I even uninstalled and reinstalled it per EA tech support'a instructions but to no avail.

I'm having this issue with the 9th step on the Chompzilla quest and so is my boyfriend. I've won in various different ways for both story mode and multiplayer mode, and I still haven't gotten past this quest. It's pretty frustrating.
