Make sure Time/Date is correctly set in your machine.

Clear DNS cache

Clearing hosts file

Restart your machine
NOTE if your issue persist :
-clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
-perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/.
