Snapshot Upload Failed...

Ever since I bought the digital edition of Need For Speed (2015) for PS4 I have been experiencing this problem. Every time I finish a race, find a "free part" or just want to take a snapshot, I get greeted with an error saying that my: "Snapshot upload has failed". I have searched online for days but I still haven't found a genuine solution to this problem.
Many people are having this issue, still, after one whole year the game has been out. Please fix this as soon as possible. It is really frustrating.

Went through everything on this particular post. Problem keeps persisting. It is neither a connection issue from my side nor a settings problem. Please fix it. Game is incomplete without this feature (at least for me).
