Sims 4 wont let me go online

***I FOUND A SOLUTION!***

I did not get in contact with EA because I didn't feel like waiting, BUT I DID FIND A SOLUTION! YAYYY!!

Open Origin and go to "My Games".

Right click The Sims 4, and click "repair game".

Wait for it to finish installing (It took me about 15 minutes.)

When it's complete, click play! And voila!!

Still doesn't help. Tried with online box in the settings, tried running it as administrator, tried repairing the game, still no luck.

it did not work for me either cant get online connection an get on the gallery. I have good online service so I know its not on my end

The problems should be resolved! There was a problem with connecting to the gallery.

I did the steps and it now it says that the online login is currently unavailable
