Sims 4 wont let me go online

When I am on the login page it says online login is currently unavailable

sims 4 loads fine, but gallery is offline for me. yes ive tried exiting origin and logging in as admin but still no luck..

any ideas?

I'm having this problem to. I'm running on Windows 8.1 on a wireless connection. Both Origin and AMD Gaming (which I use to optimize my graphic settings) show that I am logged it, but if I launch from either of them, Sims 4 shows I am offline. I tried logging in several times, and it did not work. I followed the open in admin fix, and it still hasn't worked. Currently I have all the game and stuff packs, is there anyway they are causing gallery interference?

I have the same issue tried everything I know to get it to work, I do not have all of the packs yet. not sure why we cant connect to oline.

I wish someone would help.

It won't work for me either! I'm so confused I'm trying to contact EA currently. If I find a solution from them, I'll let everyone know in this thread!

***I FOUND A SOLUTION!***

I did not get in contact with EA because I didn't feel like waiting, BUT I DID FIND A SOLUTION! YAYYY!!

Open Origin and go to "My Games".

Right click The Sims 4, and click "repair game".

Wait for it to finish installing (It took me about 15 minutes.)

When it's complete, click play! And voila!!

Also, an internet friend of mine did not find my previous solution helpful. We together found that turning your wifi on and off also works wonders. This is what worked for her.

I have tried several suggestion from the thread and nothing. I was literally connected about 20 mins ago I left to get food, came back and now no connection
