Sims 4 wont launch game

Sims 4 wont start it gets stuck on the plumbob loading screen and gives me this message:

Try repairing the game. Rightclick it in Origin and select Repair.

Also if you have any Mods or CC remove this and try again.

Tried Repairing, I don't have any mods or CC and it still won't work.

I've even tried uninstalling it and installing it again.

The driver for your Graphics card is somewhat old. Try getting the newest driver from Nvidia and see if that helps. If that doesn't help you could try running the game in in 32bit instead of 64bit as your computer is not that strong.
