Hi @QueenSunday,
Please, go to C:\Program files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 folder. Can you see a EP03 folder in there?
If not, as you mention the games are showing as not downloaded in Origin, could you try to download and install The Sims 4 City Living again?
After Origin is done, could you check if the EP03 is now in C:\Program files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 ?
Thanks,
-Mai

Ok, @QueenSunday, no worries, that means we are checking in the wrong place. C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 4 is the default location but that doesn't mean it can't be changed
So let's see where your Origin is installing the games!:
Can you find it there?

@EA_Mai Origin is saying it should be under Origin Games but I found it under the Electronic Arts. Weird! Should I try and reinstall under Origin Games?

It's great to read that, @QueenSunday! Thanks for sharing with us which was the solution for you, it might help other Simmers with your same issue!
Enjoy your games!

Do you know how to do this for Mac?

@Bella_Marie_2003 You can run the Origin reset tool for macOS, which clears out the cache files as well as a few others.

If that doesn't help though, please describe your issue more fully. Can you launch the game, and if so, what content is missing? Does is show as owned in your Origin game library? What happens when you try to install it?
