Did you check if your security software is maybe blocking the installation ?

Are you getting any error messages ? What happens exactly ? Are you on Mac or PC ?

I'm having the same problem after I updated Origin... Tried to repair it but it gets stuck in Finalizing... :/ Hasn't gone up in a while.. Please help...
