Sims 3 game take hours to load [ Edited ]

recently my game has been taking hours to load. It will work when I start it and select a household but after I select the household and it starts to load the very last bit of the green bar takes hours or I think it freezes. I tried clearing cache and downloading the NRaas Overwatch and Master Control but my game kept crashing and freezing after I download them so I had to delete it from the game. I have a windows 10 btw.
