Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Won't Even Begin Download

Guys I have tried to download this at the very least, let alone install, at least ten different times. I have tried pretty much everything and it will not work. All I see is "preparing download" and then always an error messages 5-10 minutes later saying the download failed. This is my favorite sims game and I really want to play it, but this is getting me nowhere. Help?

Try closing Origin, then start it again by rightclicking Origin and press "run as administrator".

Also, make sure you have the newest version of Origin.
