Serious problem after the maintenance

I had a 87 OVR Kyle Lowry  that i got from packs placed in the All Star Starters set, and suddenly, after the maintenance it has disapperared. This is really disappointing cause I' ve spent a lot of coins in the store and I only got that elite. 

I hope you could do somenthing, please
