Season Pass Issues

Hello EA,

I have bought a season pass for my PS4. Installed the game with the newest patch 1.12 and downloaded the season pass from the PS Store. When I open the game it says that i haven't downloaded the DLC. Help me please

I am really sorry for this issue, but can you first tell us if your base game is digital download or a physical disc version? Because if it is a disc, and its region does not match your PlayStation account`s region, you will not be able to use digital content with this game.
