Season 8 final reward

I finished the season with 60000+ points and get no reward (brock lesnar + 20 skills)!
i contacted ea support but they gave me no more than a broken link to resolve app problems and a shut down turn on iphone solution... i really think i won't receive the fighter now...
What else can i do?

It appears to be a regular problem after the end of the season!

I solved mine creating a ticket and responding ea's answers until i got the fighter!

I HAVE NOT RECIEVED END OF SEASON 8 REWARD.. That is Legend edition of Brock lesner and 20 matching abilities. I scored 62208 at the end of the season. Need assistance
