I have the same problem, is not the Xbox One, and is not the router configuration (I use uPNP and all ports are open to the Xbox One).

I asked to Italian support to report a bug to the developers... Now I'm waiting a reply.

Hello, I have been facing this problem lately, and i also cant see any Snapshots when choosen it from the main menu, Also I cant save custom wraps, Also i cant download wraps because it shows me : Free Slots 0/0 , and the Share/Unshare button is been grayed out, I will provide you a picture. Yesterday i spent over 6 hours to complete a Wrap, and i could not save it.

Also dont suggest me to do the troubleshoots because i have done them and fixed every single problem, So it cant be from my side

I am also having this issue on the digital edition of NFS on PS4. My gamertag is "Kitsaraz". Time zone: Athens. It would be greatly appreciated if you could fix this problem.
