So, I bought Mass Effect Andromeda recently via Origin. But i realised that i need money for smth else and decided to refund. Actually, I didnt even open the game even once. But I didn't get a confirmation email, which I thought was strange - but it said under my Order History that I had a order requested so I thought it was fine. Now, four days later I have not received an email indicating that my request had gone through, nor that my request had been processed & no money has come through to my account. I've desperately tried to connect with an EA Game Advisor but I just end up getting stuck on that loading screen saying 'Thanks for contacting EA!'.
If anybody has any advice or just ANYTHING that can help, that'd be fantastic.
