I'm not sure how this relates to Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 but what you are seeing is the confirmation screen for an account with 2-Step Security enabled.

When you set up your account you would likely have either received a set of 10 codes (each of which can be used only once), or synced an Authentication App to the account which would generate a new valid code about every 30 seconds or so which would be recognized by the account you are attempting to log into.

The 2-Step Security typically kicks in the first time you try to log into an account with any particular device; and it will intervene every time unless you have that device "remembered", to make certain that you are supposed to be accessing that account or profile since only the proper person would have the correct verification code(s).
