PvZ Heroes- late game bug

I am losing matches on turn 14-18 without any message of bad connection . I think it's linked to overdrawing cards. Opponent auto win mostly on starting a new turn(when you get new cards).

if you have damage dealer, do that before your turn is over. if you are roping the battle, that is bad manner. this is something usually happened in the past, and looks like the game start to punish this kind of players

looks like some players have confirmed that game will give you a lose if you cannot draw anymore

But what if I have enough damage dealers to win? Auto-lose should be working when player runs out of damage dealers and conjuring cards in case that he doesn't have cards to attack opponent's hero.
