Premium Trials overruling my purchase

Hi there 

I just purchased the The name of the tsar DLC (Not premium) and i don't have any progression in unlocking the new weapons. And yes i use the specified weapon to unlock, but nothing happens pretty annoying, further more its seems like i'm locked af level 100, it says i need to buy Premium Pass to get the XP i gained playing the new maps. 

Its like the Premium Trials are overusing på purchase.

Hey @Ferenkamp,

are you playing on PC or X1 / PS4?

Have you already tried to shut down and reboot your system? Maybe even just restarting BF1 might help.

Seems like BF1 hasn´t yet recognized that you´ve bought the DLC.

Everything you mentioned should be unlocked for your account.

I'm playing on PS4 
And by rebooting the system you mean ?

Press the PS button until the quick menu pops up, select "power" option, then "turn off PS4".

This usually solves most of my issues with any game.

i've tried it multiple times, nothing has changed.

Sorry about that.

Please try restoring your licenses (here´s an example where to find it), then restart BF1.

If that doesn´t solve the problem, please rebuild your database.

I´ve tried both now and still nothing happening

The only thing left to try would be reinstalling the game, sorry.
