How come my eb games code for young stars edition isn't working for PS4..

I just revived my code form a EB games store and when I put the code into the PlayStation store it says my code is invalid

Hey i bought a code from eb games this morning to and got home and not working contracted sony and they said it will take till 9pm tonight to get all the codes through why would they say it came out today then ea ea what is your problem

I got it working,  not sure if I just had to restart my PS4.
