Hey all,
If you are on XBOX One and haven't received the content please go to the PvZ:GW2 app and press start. From there go to manage all and then come straight back out of that section. Your content should now be ready to download and install. The video in this post shows exactly how to do this.
On Playstation 4 the deluxe rewards are only available on main accounts as per this post.
For anyone wanting to know where to get your rewards from once in-game I've jumped in and got some screenshots for you 
First up you'll need to locate the mailbox:
Once you've gone into the mailbox you'll need to use the arrow button in the top right to scroll across and then click open gift:
And from there you need to click view gifts:
From there you should be able to open up all of your gifts. Here's me looking awesome in the Z7 imp variant
