Pick'em badges missing

I just completed the following pick'em sets last morning, but when I logged on to my account later, they were marked as undone:
Lebron James points
Less than 227.5 points
Steps Curry assists

That afternoon, I used my extra golden pick'em to redeem for a pick'em collectible and, instantly after I received the collectible, it was gone.

Somebody please help before Game 2 of the final begins and all the pick'ems shut down(and GO DUBS).
