Hello.

I am experiencing technical issues with paypal and i thought this looked like the right thread.

I have been trying to get my origin access subscription back for a week now.

i do all my payments on paypal using my bank account so my paypal balance is empty.

but now everytime i try to login to my paypal to get the subscription back. a red box pops up where the login is supposed to be and it says that paypal is experiencing technical difficulties...

ive been trying for a week now.

can this please get fixed???

Hi,

Couple of questions:

• Are you able to use a different payment method, and what was the outcome if you tried this?
• Have you reached out to PayPal?

In the meantime, you can try the following:

• Clear the browser and Origin cache
• Open your EA Account and Billing section and make sure that PayPal is set to Primary

That isn't really a reply to why we can't use paypal without payment card. It is like taking a railroad trip and get stuck for days on the track without any information as to why and when it will start moving again!

Kindly, why has it changed or is the answer too murky to be stated?
