Quick question, Igor. Did you manage to play the game previously? I'm asking this since I was checking your dxdiag and it seems you have a Radeon HD 6800. However (as far as I know - EA please correct me on this one), i believe the game needs a minimum of Radeon HD 7850 2 GB - Which would be a step up from what you actually have.
Apart from this: Did you update your graphics driver lately? You could try doing a complete uninstall of Radeon's Catalyst driver+software, and then install the latest version (OR, if you updated the drivers, download and install the latest know drivers that worked).

Need for Speed will not work with a Radeon HD 6xxx series card - the main cause for this card series being incompatible is them no longer receiving driver updates from AMD.

Joao, quick question: Your graphics card is a Radeon 7800, right?
If that's the case, NFS won't run, as stated by Tom, above.
The minimum required graphics card is a 7850, 2gb.

Great!.
Checking your card's drivers, they date of march 2013.
Have you tried downloading the latest drivers for your card from amd.com?
I believe there are drivers released during 2016 for it.

That card should be able to run the game. Could you make a new dxdiag so that we can test if the new drivers have been installed correctly?
You could also try running your system in a clean boot.
