Those are not the full dxdiag's. From the page of the screenshot you posted, please select Save All Information. The program will then create a dxdiag.txt file, which you can attach to your reply.
Meanwhile, please make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements, or, try a clean boot (these steps have already been mentioned, but please try them again if you haven't done so yet.)
