[PC] Need for speed controller steering problem [ Edited ]

Hi i have a problem with joystick in my gamepad. I turn joystick to side but wheel turn immediately. On the keypboard wheel turn right,smoothly. I have Win 10 64bit, new drivers. i check this http://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/PC-Troubleshooting-for-Wheels-Controllers-Controls/m-p/523... but not working .Sorry for my english.

What gamepad do you use?

I use Logitech Rumblepad 2 Wireless. It will help me touch the analog lever a little. But it's annoying. I have not seen such a badly optimized game. : - /
