Yes I have this issue too, used xboxce and logitech profiler to config still got this issue. Every button is working except the car is in perma handbrake, please fix it asap...

Please list what controllers you are using, you they have the latest drivers, are you using other third party configuration tools, and also if you have multiple controllers connected to the PC at the same time. 

If you are having issues with just a keyboard, is it a generic keyboard or does it have required drivers and supported software? 

we are investigating this, but more information on what you are using and what is connected is appreciated.

I am using Logitech Rumblepad 2 with logitech profiler done up, guys with xbox360 controller are facing this issue too. The car can't even move forward and the game is totally unplayable at this point. Keyboard is a Razer blackwidow ultimate 2016.

Disconnected my gamepads completely. 

Using a corsair gaming K70 RGB, it has drivers. "Corsair utility engine" 

It is running with the latest drivers.
