Getting the same exact error as you guys. 20 - 30min worth of play then the game lags for a second, then crashes. Same exact event log as well. I thought maybe it was my video card getting too hot at first, turned the fan speed all the way up and that kept the temp down but still crashed. Going to attempt the gametime.maxvariablefps 61 now. I'll let you know how it goes.
Well,
EDIT 1: I can't really test it due to EA not being able to maintain a network. I did however play Multiplayer for about an hour with no crash.
EDIT 2: I forgot, I also turned off 'GPU Memory Restrictions' in advanced video settings.

This solution delays the crash. After applying it problem occurs a bit less often:

I have had this problem for months. Never found any solution. The frequency of the crash has increased such that I can't play the game at all. I have tried just about everything under the sun to fix it like in the OP and more.

It's ridiculous! I have the same problem and game is totally unplayable. The issue first appeared after "In the name of tsar" dlc release.
