I just spent a week locked off of AHQ the same way. It took a lot of sweat, but as you see, it's been sorted out. It's getting pretty late here in the States, Almost all of the Game Advisers will be off duty from 10 PM until Monday. There are two choices in the USA, Live Chat and Telephone. Either one can leave you waiting for an hour (the on-screen Live Chat timer is running in some other imaginary world all its own).

You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Choose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
