Origin Client Not Downloading

So I recently Got a New PC, and I saw that the BF4 DLC's were all free, but when I tried to download origin it wont download properly, it says I need to accept the USer Account Control Dialouge In time but One Never Appears Any Help?

Hi,

Can you try running your system in a clean boot? That should help you install the client.

If the issue persists then also make sure that no anti-virus, anti-malware or firewall program is blocking Origin's access.
