OPS - kick player not working

Does anyone oknow why Kicking player option in OPS isn't working? im tired of afkers

The ability to Kick an inactive player from the lobby is dependent on two votes, so both you and one other member of the lobby must select the player to kick and enter a vote to kick them- one vote won't do it.
