Not getting hero quest or daily challenge reward packs.

Not getting any packs I don't actually buy anymore. No daily challenge packs, and missed the last 3 hero quest specific packs that I got to lol 10. I will not spend any more money on this game and may stop playing if they won't fix or at least aknowledge this problem soon.

I have read somewhere that said the animation did not appear but you still get the cards. check your collection
