Network Connection Issues

When I click on Online Versus it's telling me I have a Network Connection Issue and I don't know how to fix this? I tried MLB 16 and I can play online just fine, so something must be up with NHL 16. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions that work?

Anyone able to help on this?  Having same issue on wireless.

Switch between wireless and wired connection and let us know if there is any change please.
