NO FEATURES ON MADDEN 18

I preorder GOAT Edition but after it intstalled to my Xbox One S, it only allowed me to play "play now" with just the falcons and patriots. It says everything else needs to be installed but nothing is installing. Help me!

Sorry to hear that. If you are still having this issue can you please try to power cycle your Xbox, power it down fully and plug it out for 20-30 seconds then launch it back up again.

If the problem persists then please reinstall the game and let me know if that does not fix your issue.
