NHL 17 Redemption Playoff Performer Redemption Issue

I traded in 8 collectables for the active playoff performer set, this was my third time and occurred early Saturday morning.  On this my third time I received a non active playoff performer card which is needless to say disappointing. The card is one i had already received but the worst part is it has no chance of improving and was not what was promised from the redemption.

This seems like a bug more then anything. Yet it could just be a thing in a game that it messing this set up. But please report it in the Bug section of the formus! You might get a better answer out of that section!
