Hi! I would like to forward my concern regaring NBA Live Mobile. For the past 2 months, everytime I play H2H, LvL, live events, the game is crashing, whenever i claim the live event reward, during midgame of H2H and LvL match, etc. I already did the trouble shooting as per your answer to other account inquiry and nothing good happened. I believed the problem has something to do with the App and IOS 9.3.5 (IPhone 4s) which the other users are claiming the same problem (users review of the App, nba.gg and to this site). I hope you could provide a fix to this matter as i really love this game. My regards.
