NBA Live Companion App Face Scan

When I'm in the NBA Live Companion app to make my face scan and I want to write my email and my password immediately it shows a message saying "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password"

I have already reset my password, I deleted the app and downloaded it again, I am making me sure that the password is the right one.

I don't know what else to do.
