My ads are not loading

As the title says, I no longer have the button that allowed you to watch ads for 5 gems. More importantly, the button to replay the daily challenge by watching an as is gone, and I don't want to lose my streak. I've tried restarting my phone, to no avail.

Is anyone else having this problem?
