It sounds like your local game save is corrupt.
It also sounds like you either don't have a cloud save, or it was already overwritten by your newly restarted game.
Unfortunately I don't think there's much you can do.
There is an option within the settings of the game to have someone from support give you a call. It's possible they might be able to help, but I wouldn't get my hopes up. Sorry.
