My PvZ GW2 Crashes everytime i play The infinity

Everytime i play the infinity, my PS4 crashes totally, and i can't ever open the chest

I am really sorry for those issues with the game. Have you tried to power cycle your console? You will need to turn it off and disconnect from the power supply for a few minutes, before turning it on again. Completely reinstalling the game can also solve this. Keep us updated on your progress.
