Mobile token swtor problem

Hi.

Sometime ago I had issues with my phone and to fix this i had to reset my android to factory settings. 

This action ofc deleted token app. I also didnt save serial number anywhere bcoz ye my bad.

So as u can imagine I dont have acces to serial code to activate token app and dont have tokens to log into my account.

As a solution to this problem I found tutorial about getting One-Time Password.

Everything would be cool, but there is another problem when I log into acc without token to get that sweet "Lost your seciurty key" button.

There is simply no button to do this. 

Tried multiple web browsers, through mobile with another internet provider, even asked my friend from another city to try get that button.

Nothing.

Would apprieciate any help

In cases like this it is best call CS (Link to numbers) and get them to remove the key manually

For anyone struggling with the same issue. 

You should just call CS as @proxos666 suggested.

Whole thing takes about 10 min tops.

You need to provide some informations like login, email and then simply follow instructions. 

If u cant use your mobile I strongly suggest VoIP app called Viber.

You only need to spend 2€  to make calls and it will be enough to solve swtor problems.
