Missing games from Game Library

Hi I have a problem. My games gone missing from Game Library and my origin points gone to 0. I have only 1 account in origin. I contacted the ea help and nothing happened. I tried to reinstaled the origin and still nothing, then i try to re-enter the production keys but it says This production key is already in use. Dude i need HELP.

Close Origin.

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Restart your machine .

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2

I do want to clarify that if your game library is suddenly empty that you've either been hacked, or you're logging in on the wrong account. In both situations your best option is to reach out to support:
