Missing Reward for the UFC205 event

I didn't receive my reward for the UFC205 event till now in spite of my claim since ended of this event
It's about 2 weeks ago
I made claims but they refused it
I am disappointed
I hurt my hand in this game
I am a very active player
I like this game too much
I deserved this reward
I need my rights only
Check your database please to check if I deserved the reward for this event or not
They asked for a screenshot but how could I take it after event ended
I played so many events and I trusted this game so why I should take a screenshot for every event i play !
