So, my MCA is now working after the latest update (thanks EA!)
However, I was trying to set one of my franchise members on Auto-Pilot today, and that function doesn't appear to be working.
Here is my workflow in the MCA:
But after doing that, the user info always says "Auto-pilot: off"
Any advice? Thanks!

Is that player unavailable to play?
" From the members tab, you can see all the other people in your Franchise and as a commissioner you can toggle auto pilot, clear cap penalties, boot users, make admin, and transfer commissioner status. @EA_Barry Yes, he is out of town for a few weeks so I was going to toggle his auto-pilot.
I am able to turn on his auto-pilot in game on the xbox, that is no problem. But the Madden Companion App also has the ability to toggle auto-pilot on and off, and it doesn't seem to do anything.

Is it just for this one player or have you not been able to use the autopilot function in this way at all?

Different players and I've also tried two different leagues where I'm commissioner.
Autopilot function works if I do it in-game on my xbox. It doesn't seem to work when I try to turn it on from my phone.

"LeagueOfGentlemen16" and "SSL" are two leagues I haven't been able to assign auto-pilot from the app.
First started to experience issue: 3/2/2017
Last successfully worked: December 2016 (unsure of date)
The large gap is due to my MCA crashing from late December-February but was fixed in the last update.
I followed these iOS troubleshooting tips: Latest version of OS, latest version of app, restarted the app, restarted the phone, checked connection.
I did not try the re-install app option ... I was scared it would start crashing again and I'm really enjoying it working :D But if you need me to do that, I will ...
Companion App version: 17.0.3-0 Feb 7 2017

As you have not yet done so, can I ask you to reinstall the companion app please?
Yours seems to be an isolated case so we want to see if this last troubleshooting step is effective.
Of course, if you could let us know if that helps we would be grateful.
