I am also experiencing the crash after login attempt. It asks for password and security code and seems to accept them, but after everything seems to be confirmed, the thinking circle starts spinning next thing i know the app crashes.
Tried on IOS before 10.2 and after updating to 10.2 Iphone 6S plus (tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both versions)
Also tried on a samsung E lite tab with android operating system and experienced the same crash.
Having had the previous web version available, I wish this worked because it was/is very handy.

@EA_Barry I haven't heard back, and I'm wondering if you could look at my account and see if they have asked anything more of me? I haven't seen any e-mails, but I know we were having issues with the address changing mid-stream. I just want to make sure they are not waiting on me for something.

As you can see, the problem, at least in 21 people. And it is only those people who have made it to the forum. Deal with the problem of communication applications and account and fix it, and do not refer to the circumstances and do not hurt users.

I've also got this problem and had the same feedback "waiting for a specialist" is there a timeframe for response or any updates. Its been a pretty poor customer experience so far. As an FYI my case id is 28285366

Definitely seems like a global problem... having same issue here with crashing on launch for about a month.

This problem has been resolved for me, as of the latest update to the app that happened in mid-February.
