Trying to change my email on madden but it says I already have an account with a very old email. How do I change this?

We can't log in because we don't know the password so this doesn't help

This is ridiculous. I can't do anything because it won't let me change my email. About to be done with EA forever at this point.

So one of my sons made a neighbors xbox his home xbox and shared the xbox 1 live account with THAT xbox....

so when son #2 logge din he could not play online EA

but

If son one was logged in at our Xbox and #2 was guest it worked...

error was "An xbox live membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature"

#1 made OUR xbox home xbox and shared teh account and all is now right....

NOTE  I bought the live membership but I let #1 enter it under his account....which is why he could move it///

If I entered it none of this would have happened......

1 hour online with EA.....including 35 min chat wait...

they did not solve it my sons figured it out by the 3 of us talking it thru...

Shockhawk69. I did exactly what you said and it worked to perfection! You are a genius! Although it isn't Madden 17 it's Madden 18 I got it to work in. Although I'm assuming it would work for Madden 17 as well! Thanks for posting! It is very odd that this works and yet EA still could not provide a solution for many gamers. Hopefully this helps everyone else that is still experiencing this problem.
