Madden 17 loading screen freezes

I seen it all over forums. I have done everything and nothing worked!!
I have only played it 2 times
Madden 17 freezes on the loading start up screen. Please help!

Deleted saved storage
Changed region
Offline startup
Hard xbox reset
Removed account

Nada zip zero. EA can't fix it I guess.... I tried it again yesterday hoping for an update.... but still freezes

Disconnect any peripherals you may have attached then switch between a wired and wireless connection and retry please.

I only have the wireless option.
